Question 1

What are the prerequisites for agency nurses in Belfast?

Can I choose my own nursing shifts?

Accepted Answer

Agency work can provide more flexibility compared to some permanent positions. The availability of available shifts is subject to healthcare demand, your qualifications, location, and availability, so the choice of shifts can differ.

Can fresh graduates from nursing programs work as agency nurses?

Accepted Answer

The requirements for individual assignments and the nurse's registration and experience play a crucial role in determining this. Some jobs might need you to have worked in a clinical setting before, but other roles could have different requirements for getting started.
